Najlaa has over seven years professional experience at a leading retail banking institution. Her area of expertise is in Human Resources with a specialization in Organization Design, Organization Development, and Learning and Development, having also earned her PHRi from the Human Resources Certification Institution.

Najlaa holds a bachelor’s degree is Public Administration and a minor in English Language from the American University of Beirut and has obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Gulf University of Science and Technology.
