Nourah is a seasoned professional with over eight years consulting experience including a leading Big 4 audit firm and other private retail, corporate and governmental entities on an array of advisory engagements. Her background in financial advisory revolves around Performance Improvement, Financial Transformation and Business Continuity Management.

She is also keen on utilizing digital analytics and leading market standards to design effective change management processes and streamline operational performance levels.

Nourah holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University with dual concentrations in Management Information Systems and Finance.

Sara Al SalehPartner

Sara is an experienced professional that has led large scale engagements revolving around statutory audit, accounting, and budget reviewing for multinational clients across diverse sectors including banking, asset management, real estate, and diversified family businesses.

Her deep knowledge in the field enables her to provide clients with effective and efficient accounting advice that utilizes analytical tools to support strategic, tactical and operational decisions.

Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kuwait University and is a licensed CPA with over eight years experience at a leading Big Four audit firm.

Najlaa Al SagerPartner

Najlaa has over seven years professional experience at a leading retail banking institution. Her area of expertise is in Human Resources with a specialization in Organization Design, Organization Development, and Learning and Development, having also earned her PHRi from the Human Resources Certification Institution.

Najlaa holds a bachelor’s degree is Public Administration and a minor in English Language from the American University of Beirut and has obtained her Master’s in Business Administration from Gulf University of Science and Technology.
